How to create and use body spirals in tango to manage any circular movement as ocho, giro and boleo in a dynamic way and to keep the bodies in connection in change of directions and in any other figures.
By activating the three level of the body, you will also be able to gain and maintain your balance.

About Diego Calarco;
He is a tango maestro, choreographer and dancer with 30 years of experience. Born in Buenos Aires and he made his first debut as a dancer when he was 15 years old in the Amphitheater Mataderos and since then his career has always expanded.
In 1999, Diego moved to Europe making London and Palermo as his base. Since 2005, he has been travelling to different cities of Europe and Asia, giving classes and seminars. He combines the most traditional methods with modern ones, creating a methodology based on the conceptíon of movement.
About Gökçe Ceren Haznedar (Gazelle),
Tango has been her life since she started to dance in Istanbul in 2009. In 2018 she moved to Berlin and now teaching in various dance schools in Berlin including Mala Junta and Werk36. Since the tango music is the origin of her love towards tango, she also performs regularly as a Dj in local and international tango organizations.
